We are so pleased with the service provided by City Creek Plumbing. We were able to talk to Ashley over the phone, get an estimate, and schedule a service appointment on our first attempt to contact him. He has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater for us and solved our water pressure issues as well. Very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier. First time ever we feel we finally found someone we can recommend to family and friends.

I had a great experience with City Creek Plumbing. I was able to receive a (ball park) quote over the phone, which is pretty rare in the plumbing industry. The tech showed up at the scheduled time and called before hand to let me know he was on the way. Ashley is a true professional and has years of experience under his belt. I will definitely be contacting City Creek for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

We contacted City Creek Plumbing about doing the plumbing for our basement finish. We also had him install a water softener. Ashley was prompt in all of his responses and very knowledgeable about everything. He gave us advice but also listened to what we wanted. He made everything so easy. We would definitely call him again for future work!

I just had my tankless water heater replaced. My husband and I are very happy with the installation. Ashley and his team were on time and got started right away. The install looks clean and professional and the unit is working great. We were even notified of the rebates offered by Questar to help recoupe some of the costs. I would definitely use City Creek Plumbing again!

Ashley was great. He came out right away to give me a quote and helped me navigate what system would be best for me. He ended up installing a new water heater, water softener and drinking water system all for less than the tankless water system that I was originally considering. I live in an older condo and Ashley made sure everything went smooth with my existing set up. Pricing was great for such an exceptional plumber. Sometimes it is tempting to use a handyman, but going with Ashley definitely paid off.

I needed someone to flush out my tankless water heater and asked if they could show me how to do it so I didn't have to pay someone to do it every year. Ashley at City Creek Plumbing responded right away and let me know I was missing the valves to do the flush. He quoted me a very fair price to add the valves, flush the tank, and show me how to do it. The night before my appointment, I just happen to have a plumbing leak in my basement. Major bummer, but timing couldn't have been better. I was able to turn the water off to the leak, so it wasn't an emergency, but I also didn't want to message Ashley about it because it was found so late. The next day Ashley let me know he was on his way (which is very much appreciated) and was very punctual as well as professional. He was very personable and walked me through and explained the flushing of the tank. I brought up the leak in my basement and he was more than willing to help out with it. Turned out the water pressure to my house was almost double what it was suppose to be. He ended up changing out the regulator and explained how that worked as well. Very pleased with the service I got and will definitely call him again.

City Creek Plumbing was referred to me by a friend @ Pro Flow HVAC.....great referral !...Ashley was very prompt, did a temporary repair to get me by, and scheduled an appt. to come back and do the final repair and other repairs i had concerns with the following week. Great service and very professional along with affordable.
